Good advice, treatment and attitude. However, whoever I go within the NHS I am bombarded with tinny commercial radio which puts me on edge.

Have always been seen on time, early even, if time permits. Lovely caring staff who take the time to explain things to me and treat me as an individual.

Very professional yet relaxed way of doing things. It was like being treated by a family member than a health worker which is why I feel I made the good progress I did. C.B is a credit to the trust.
